By the beginning of
September, we had completed six weeks in Brattleboro, Vt. and were in
Brazil. We saw our first Sete de Septembro parade in Brasil. Cliff
Sanderlin (whose name is in the Aug. Group.) and I were in Paraíba in
the same agriculture group.
Also in that group of
six in Paraíba were Rick Jacobs, John Fanning, and Peter Lee (deceased)
and the last name is not coming back to me right now.
I had read Cliff
Sanderlin's story in
PeaceCorpsWiki last week, which prompted me to try to register
on this site again. I had tried about six months ago, but nothing
happened.
