The "in-place".  One block off the main street that parallels the Paraguayan border.

On Christmas Day 1964, a retired Marine Cornel, who owned and ran a coffee fazenda on the Paraguayan side, invited the local expat community to the restaurant on the corner next to the movie house.  The expats were from Hungary, Poland, White Russia, Texas, Tennessee, and five Peace Corps Volunteers.

The Argentinean Apple Cider was flowing!
