Joel Bowie Comments: I served with Joni Fletcher doing 4-S reorganization in Jaragua' do Sul. Tom Kimzey became our State leader in Florianopolis. Looking for this info, I found all of my weekly reports and the info given to us in Rio on Sept 24, 1963. I turned 21 a month later but didn't need that in Brasil to drink.
